Welcome to VAANI. These terms govern your use of vaanilabel.com and any purchase made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

A. About Us

B. Using the Website

You should be 18 or older to place an order, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information — including your delivery address and contact details — when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect details.
You may not misuse the website, attempt to breach its security, or use any part of it for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
VAANI pieces are sold for personal wear, not resale. We may refuse or limit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

C. Our Pieces & the Nature of Handcraft

Every VAANI piece is made in small batches with handcraft detailing. Slight variations in print, embellishment, and colour are inherent to handcraft — they are not defects, but the mark of the craft.
Colours may appear slightly different on different screens; the piece itself does not change.
Garment measurements vary by design — a relaxed piece carries extra room by intention. Please refer to the size chart and each piece's fit note before ordering.
We may modify, discontinue, or restock any piece at any time without notice.

D. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is collected at checkout through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
If a piece is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, due to an error, we may cancel the order — even after confirmation. If payment has already been received for such an order, it will be returned in full to your original payment method.
We may refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraud or misuse of the website. If we change or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided with the order.

E. Orders, Dispatch & Delivery

An order confirmation email means we have received your order; acceptance is complete when your piece is dispatched.
Dispatch timelines shown on each product page are estimates made in good faith. Small-batch making occasionally takes a little longer, and we will keep you informed of any delay.
Pre-order pieces are made after you place your order; the delivery window is shown on the product page.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Responsibility for the piece passes to you on delivery.

F. Shipping & International Orders

We ship worldwide.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges levied by the destination country are borne by the customer, and are usually collected at the time of delivery.
International orders are final sale, as set out in our Exchange & Returns Policy.

G. Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges, credit notes, and damaged-piece resolutions are governed by our Exchange & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

H. Bespoke & Commissions

Bespoke and commissioned pieces are made to your measurements, against terms agreed at the time of commissioning, and are not eligible for exchange or return.

I. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — designs, photographs, text, graphics, and the VAANI name and logo — is the property of VAANI and is protected under applicable law.
Nothing on this website may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

J. Our Liability

We make every effort to describe and photograph each piece accurately. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free; access may be suspended for maintenance or updates without notice.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, strikes, or natural events.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VAANI from claims made by any third party arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.
