Shipping policy

Every VAANI piece is made in small batches — many pieces are finished only after you order. Thank you for the patience this asks of you; it is what keeps the work honest.

A. Dispatch

Most pieces are dispatched within 7–10 working days of your order.
An order confirmation email means we have received your order. You will receive your tracking details as soon as your piece is dispatched.

B. Delivery

Delivery time = dispatch window + courier transit. Within India, transit usually takes 5-7 working days depending on your location.
Occasionally, courier disruptions, weather, or festive load cause delays beyond our control. If your order is affected, we will keep you informed.

C. Urgent Orders

Need a piece sooner — for a wedding or an event? WhatsApp us at +91 93830 53055 before placing your order, with the piece and your date. We will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Where express shipping is arranged, the additional courier charge is payable by the customer.

D. Shipping Charges & Payment

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

E. International Orders

We ship worldwide. International transit usually takes 10–15 working days after dispatch.
Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges of the destination country are borne by the customer, and are usually collected at delivery.
International orders are final sale, as set out in our Exchange & Returns Policy.

F. Tracking & Address Changes

Tracking details are shared by email or WhatsApp on dispatch.
Need to change your delivery address? Write to us as soon as possible — changes are possible only until the piece is dispatched.
